How Do I Return An Item?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Domestic orders are shipped via FEDEX ground, Standard Domestic FEDEX Ground delivery takes up to 6 days once shipped. Overnight and Second-Day delivery options are available upon direct request form our customer service email@example.com. International and Canada shipments are sent via UPS and typically take 6-8 business days in transit. We are working on offering international and overnight shipping options directly on the website.
We are pleased to offer international shipping worldwide. Please contact us directly for shipping quote on your preferred carrier, we will need your exact shipping address for provide the most accurate quote. International and Canadian shipments are sent via UPS/FEDEX. Please note that the receiver is responsible for all duties and taxes on international shipments.

If you purchased your items from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased from one of our retail partners.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from www.sophiecatalou.com. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:
All articles must be in saleable condition. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed. Items must have all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse credit if the items do not meet the above criteria.
Please state the reason for the return in your return initiation e-mail to our customer service, we will authorize the shipment and confirm availability of the replacement item if you wish to exchange. Please place the original packing slip and merchandise in a secure package. We recommend that you keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.

Once we receive the original items and approve the return, we will credit you for the amount of the merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Credit will be issued in the original form of payment for up to 21 days from the date of purchase. No returns, exchanges, or credit will be authorized after 21 days from the date of purchase.
To exchange an item, please return the original item per the above instructions, and place a new order at. If you are exchanging merchandise for another item, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING
