Shipping

Every order ships from our Hoboken, NJ studio. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days — and you'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your package is on its way.

US Shipping Rates

Need it faster? Email us at info@sophiecatalou.com before placing your order and we'll arrange Second-Day or Overnight delivery.

International & Canada

We ship worldwide — typical transit time is 6–8 business days. Contact us for an exact shipping quote before you order. Please note the recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes on international shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

We want your little one to love what arrives. If something isn't right, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has all original tags and packaging.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email info@sophiecatalou.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If you'd like an exchange, tell us the item and size you'd prefer.
2. We'll authorize the return and, for exchanges, confirm availability of the replacement item.
3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend a trackable service.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 21 days of receiving your return.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more are eligible for store credit only.
• Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and let us know about any damage or errors within 7 days of receipt. If we sent the wrong item, we'll cover the return shipping and make it right — you'll hear back from us within 24 hours.
